Description of Programme
Learn about the history and development of Changi Airport, its growth amidst challenges and global competition, and the principles and spirit which underpin the success of Singapore’s air hub over the past decades.
Participants will also gain current insights into how the airport community has stayed resilient over the past few years while fighting the national battle against COVID-19 on the frontline.
Programme includes visit to Changi Experience Studio (self exploration).

Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation notice will be sent out for acknowledgement once the requested slot is confirmed.
2. In the event of cancellation less than 10 working days prior to programme date, or due to no show, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
3. In the event that participants arrive later than the scheduled time, kindly inform the programme coordinator to make relavent arrangements.
4. For absentees with compelling reasons (e.g. Medical leave, compasionate leave etc) , please submit a Fee Waiver Request Form with the medical certificate or relavent documents within 5 working days upon conducting the programme. Fees will not be waived for absentees without compelling reasons.
5. For amendment of booking (e.g. change in date / time or number of participants), please submit the request at least 10 working days prior to the event. New date / time request is subject to availability.
6. The programme owner reserves the right to change any aspect of their operations or close partially to facilitate any maintenance or renovation works.
7. The programme owner shall not be liable for claims resulting from injury or any loss of personal property to the participants, which may result due to their participation in the programme.
