Description of Programme
The miracle of multiracial, multilingual, and multicultural Singapore is showcased in this tour, highlighting minority groups that thrive and significantly contribute to the nation. The Peranakans, Sikhs, Armenians, and Jews have all played and continue to play crucial roles in shaping Singapore's unique social fabric.
This tour delves into the history, culture, and contributions of each community, exploring how they have helped build Singapore while preserving their distinct identities. Participants will gain insights into the traditions, customs, and practices of these groups and understand how they maintain their heritage amidst constant change.
By examining these communities, the ""Minorities in Singapore"" tour underscores the importance of diversity and inclusivity in Singapore’s success, providing a comprehensive understanding of how minority groups contribute to Singapore’s rich cultural tapestry.
