How can I apply for the Membership?

Is photograph submission mandatory for the membership application?
Yes, including a photograph is mandatory for the e-Card, which grants entry to the respective attractions. For Family Explorers memberships, a single group photo featuring all registered members is sufficient. Photo requirements are as follows:
- Photos must not include any non-registered members.
- Members’ faces should be clearly visible.
- Sunglasses, masks, or headgear (unless worn due to religious or racial customs) are not permitted.
- Photos should be in JPEG format.
- Image Size: 19:6
How long does it take to process my membership application?
Online membership application will be approved instantly. Please check your email or junk mail to activate your online membership account.
Would I be issued a membership card?
All members will receive an e-Card via the membership portal.
How can I update my particulars or change my photograph?
Members can update their particulars by sending an email to [email protected].
How can I update my vehicle registration details?
Members can update their vehicle registration details by sending their vehicle number and vehicle IU number to [email protected].
I want to renew my membership; however, I want to remove/add a family member.
Once you’ve selected the membership renewal option, you can modify the list of members associated with your membership before advancing to the checkout page.
I have renewed my membership, but my membership expiry date is still the same and I have not received my benefits for the new cycle.
